Well what can I say, things are getting well creepy round here. Everyone in town is talking about the weirdness in the woods. Even Aunt Maud is acting strange (well stranger than normal anyway). She keeps talking to someone on her mobile and every time I come in she hangs up the phone, whats up with that?
The other night I got woken up by her talking or should I say shouting down the phone at some poor person. Yep things are definitely weird here leading up to Halloween.
I haven't heard from Thorn since the other day, it's his loss I suppose. Roman on the other hand I can't get rid of lol. Every time I turn around he seems to be there like my shadow or something.
Roman suggested we go back and have a look around the woods, what with everyone talking about it and all. We went today just after breakfast. Nothing to report until we got past the clearing I go to. We decided to head North instead of our usual walk (South), this is when we realised we had never been this way before!
It was really strange, until we got to this part of the wood we could hear the normal woodland animal noises like birds and stuff. But as soon as we took the North path all sound stopped. Everything was eerily quiet and still, like there was no life in this part of the wood anymore. This is when we decided we just weren't brave enough to go further and headed back to the caravan.
We are going to try again tomorrow, nerves not getting the best of us that is.
