OMG, I can't believe Thorn came to the caravan to visit me today. He said he hadn't seen me around lately and was worried (ahh). Aunt Maud seemed really reluctant to let him in but I managed to convince her!
He even sat on my bed! He kept asking me if I knew any cool spells and could I teach him some. I tried to tell him you shouldn't mess with magic but, he didn't seem to be listening to me. Pywacket even came and perched on the windowsill as if he was listening. Eventually I managed to get Thorn off the subject of magic and he told me about his family.
As it happens Thorn lives in the biggest house in Hazy Meadows. His mum and dad are really rich or something but, I don't think he sees much of them. He kept talking about their housekeeper and I got the impression she looks after Thorn when his parents are away on business! Thorn has an older sister Tilly, but I think she is at Uni.
Thorn makes out he is a real bad boy, but I think its all a show and he is really soft underneath. If only Aunt Maud could see that too!
